It was my pleasure getting to know you better today. I would also like to tell you that I have had a lot of contact with mortgage people over the years.  As a Realtor for almost a decade in both New York and Canada.  I have purchased five homes. One in New York, three in Canada and one in Pennsylvania.  I also looked into becoming a mortgage broker while I was practicing real estate, so I talked to a number of mortgage brokers about the business.  I just wanted to let you know that you are the most impressive person I have met in the mortgage industry in well over a decade in two countries.  I have never met someone with your comprehensive knowledge of the entire industry, from product knowledge, to sales, to underwriting, to back office and paperwork.  It is also obvious to me that your clients’ needs are your needs, which is very rare to find.  Whenever I come across someone (including myself) who needs to mortgage or refinance in Pennsylvania you are the person I will refer them to.

Annamarie has been working with me for several months to enable me to obtain a very complicated mortgage refinance.  There were many, many obstacles that had to be overcome in order to proceed with the loan.  I could not have found anyone that was more thorough, patient and knowledgeable than Annamarie.
She explained in detail banking, real estate and mortgage procedures that have never been explained to me in the past.  She explained everything in easy-to-understand language, told me why she was doing what she was doing and why it was in my best interest.
There were many non-typical issues to overcome and Annamarie tackled and resolved each one.  At one point, I was on the verge of giving up but she talked me out of it, telling me to be patient and we would get where we needed to be.  She was right.  We closed on the loan in mid-July.
